How cancellations and refund requests are handled
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains the general approach to cancellation and refund requests relating to Norcera Pulse. The public Norcera website does not currently accept online purchases or payments. Requesting a demo or selecting a pricing plan on the website does not create a subscription or customer agreement.
2. How these rules apply
If you become a customer, the accepted proposal, order form, service agreement, invoice terms, or other written confirmation will record the final service scope, price, billing term, and operational details. The cancellation and refund rules below apply unless the written customer agreement gives you more favourable rights.
3. Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period, and service remains available until that date. The current paid period is generally not refunded.
4. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for 12 months and receive a 10% discount against the normal monthly price.
You may request a full refund of the annual subscription within 14 days of payment. After 14 days, the time already used is recalculated at the normal monthly subscription rate and deducted from the upfront payment. The remaining unused prepaid balance is refunded.
5. Onboarding and setup
Onboarding or setup fees are refundable if you cancel before onboarding work begins. Once work has begun, onboarding or setup fees are generally non-refundable because configuration and implementation work has already been performed or committed.
If Norcera cannot provide the agreed service, an appropriate refund of affected onboarding or setup fees remains available.
6. Refund requests
To request a refund, email legal@norcera.co.za with your business name, invoice or agreement reference, the amount concerned, and the reason for the request. Norcera will review the request against the written customer agreement, the services already provided, and applicable law. Any approved refund will be confirmed in writing.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
8. Questions
If you have questions about billing, cancellation, or refunds before accepting a proposal, contact legal@norcera.co.za. We will confirm the applicable terms in writing before service begins.
